Dear Dad,
College is not as great as I would like it to be. I don't know if I can trust my "friends." I think they are lying to me. I don't feel like I can confide in them. They might use it against me. Last week, Kayla lied to me about her boyfriend. I can't believe she did not want me to know. I will never forgive her for lying to me. Also, although no one has confirmed it, she probably spread rumors about me. I think she told people that I am parsimonious. I like to save money but she is just the meanest person in the world to say that about me. Also, I am not sure if Shane is faithful with me. I am sure he hooked up with Kayla. I have never seen them together but something tells me that he is cheating on me with her. Anyways, I cannot wait to come home for Christmas. I miss you. I hope you are not going to tell others about the content of this letter. I will never forgive you if you decieve me. Well, I guess I'll wait for your reply.

Gosh, can't you trust your own dad!? :) Paranoia is not very healthy. Well, you need to trust others more. Try to put yourself in your friends' shoes; how would you feel if someone accused you of a crime you didn't commit simply because they had a feeling you did something bad?
Paranoia.. definitely. Not a very good thing to have!!! TRUST THE WORLD.. not everyone is out there to get ya. try some therapy.. or just putting yourself around a couple of good people that you KNOW would never harm you.
Definitely paranoia. You did a good job in emphasizing how hard it is for you to trust others.

A little bit of paranoia is good like trust your gut but this is by far not healthy!
Great job portraying paranoia! You made it quit clear that you didnt actually see what you suspected, but you were determined that they were true. "You" should try and have honesty in people and maybe confront them in order to clarify your assumptions and suspicions
Paranoia. I can't imagine how it feels but it's the perfect way to lose friends.
